Booking & cancellation policy
Please note that the dishes described in this programme are only a guide to course content. Amendments may be made at our discretion.

Bookings are made on a first come, first served basis on receipt of full payment. We regret that no refunds will be given. Amendments to bookings may be made up to 28 days prior to the date of the class. If you find you are unable to attend a class less than 28 days before the date of the class you are welcome to send someone else in your place. These rules apply equally to gift voucher bookings.

In the unfortunate event that a class has to be cancelled we will always try and give you as much notice as we reasonably can and you will be offered the choice of an alternative class or a full refund. We will not be liable for any other costs or expenses that you may incur. If you need to arrange travel or overnight accommodation, we recommend that you seek appropriate insurance.

Cookery school programme
The programme changes daily and is therefore most readily available online. Hard copies of the programme can be made available in both standard and large print.

Wherever possible and subject to availability we will always try to accommodate customers on the class of their choice however some classes may be more suitable that others depending on individual circumstances. Please telephone us to discuss your needs and requirements.

Physical access
There is wide level access to the lower floor and additionally level access to the upper floor however the upstairs cloakroom and half of the upper floor area can only be access by the means of 2 steps due to the structural nature of the building.

The staircase linking the levels is wide to allow assisted access and has continuous handrails on both sides. There is no lift access between the two floors but customers who are unable to take the stairs can move between floors externally by sloped walkways.

Parking close to the kitchen entrance can usually be arranged for holders of blue (previously orange) badges.

Facilities
The cookery school is equipped with one semi-ambulent WC and one standard WC.
